Long Live the Queen

I am the Queen of Conflict.

I wear a crown of self-righteousness upon my head.
I sit in the throne of argument
and am cloaked in the robe of anger.
I hold a scepter made of the finest aggravation
and live in the Palace of Injustice.
I rule in the land of Wanna-Make-Something-Of-It?
where it's always that time of the month.
I'm married to the King of What's-Your-Problem?
and the Prince of Discord is heir to the throne.
My subjects are discontented and antagonistic
and I drown those who cross me in the Moat of Contempt.
"Off with their heads," I cry.
"Let them eat cake," I cry.
"We are not amused," I cry.
"Long live me," I cry.
Blue blood runs through my black heart.
The Queen of Conflict rules.
