By submitting any comments, ideas, opinions, stories, photographs, drawings, visual images, information or other content (collectively, "Content") to Anita Liberty ("Liberty") or Home Box Office ("HBO") in connection with this or any other HBO site, the provider of such Content (the "Provider") shall be deemed to grant to Liberty, HBO or any of their licensees, successors or assigns (the "Recipients"), a non-exclusive license in perpetuity to use the Content, in whole or in part and as may be edited or modified by any Recipients, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, by means of any and all media, now existing or hereafter devised, all without compensation to the Provider; and HBO, Liberty and any other Recipient shall have no liability with respect thereto. Provider shall also be deemed to agree that Provider shall not submit any Content which violate or infringe in any way upon the rights of others (including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right), which are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, which encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which contain advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. Provider shall be solely liable for any damages arising in any way out of the submission of any Content or the use thereof, in whole or in part, by any Recipient.
