I really like television. Love it, in fact. I love watching it. I like watching what I like to watch on it. But the thing about television (for me, maybe only for me, but I'm the one who's reflecting here) is that it's incredibly annoying unless you're watching what you want to watch. If you are, it can be fascinating. If you aren't, it's hideously annoying. When I'm watching television, I'm a control freak.
