Tastes great. Sounds great. Low fat and tastes fat loaded. Fun to cook and says kick back and enjoy. Gately's World Famous Beer Biscuits and white gravy. Ingredients: Bisquick. Beer. Sugar.Pioneer No Fat Country Gravy [ found in the dry foods section of most stores. Mix Bisquick with some beer. Mix so the mixture will cling to a spoon turned over with out falling off.( some what thickish.) Have fire with just hot coals to simulate as close as you can the heat of an over rather then a flame. Grease pot. ( Pam ) Depending on pot size add glob(s) of mixture to simulate biscuit. Sprinkle top of glob with a little surgar ( secret ingredient ) Cover pot and place in heat for 20 minutes or so until bottom of biscuit is brown and when you stick a tooth pick in biscuit it come out dry. Make Gravey per instructions which is essentially just add water and boil. Enjoy! Extra pepper gives gravy the old southern spicy taste. If you need some real grease first brown chopped sausage link or two then add to gravy. If this fails to drawl a crowd you are far too north of the Mason Dixon.
